LOCAL BLUEPRINTS AND PLOT ITEMS

There are a few unique items common to the San Saba Territories. Not all of these items will have blueprints that can be obtained in game, similar to items on the purchase lists of Trade Connections, Sailing, or Criminal Influence.

War Supplies

Local Plot Item. War Supplies are an item card that represents the food, water, medical supplies, and ammunition the San Saba Militia needs to prosecute their war against the Oxkiller Alliance. This item can be used with the War of Antlers plot kit, and is crafted with the “Bullets & Beans” Zone of Mechanics posted at the General Store.

RRC Liquidation Voucher

Local Plot Item. When a character successfully completes a Liquidation Run during Season 5, they will earn a voucher from the Railroad Conglomerate. This item may be exchanged at the Post Office for crafted gear, or saved and turned in with other vouchers for larger rewards. You can only complete TWO Liquidation Runs during the same event for these rewards.

  • Local Plot Item. Single Use. This item may be exchanged for crafted gear such as brews, armor, weapons, augments, or even vehicles at the Post Office. Expires May 2024.

Local Plot Item. A character with this item may use Master Stealth normally within a Liquidation Run, ignoring the global “NO ESCAPE” mechanic within. This does not prevent a “No Escape” call inflicted by a skill, threat, or item while within.

  • Local Plot Item. Single Use. This character can use Master Stealth normally during a Liquidation Run. This does not stop “No Escape” calls inflicted within by items or threats.

Forged Document

Local Plot Item. This is an item generated by the DR:TX Local Procedure, Counterfeit & Forgery. When used, it can be used as a copy of any national Blueprint for purposes of crafting, or it can be used with local merchants as if it was the San Saba SundryCompany Money. Creating this item gives your character the EXPOSED Keyword each time it is made, and counts as a CvC action.

  • Local Plot Item. Single Use. Counts as any blueprint for crafting or copying, and can be used as a San Saba Sundry “COMPANY MONEY” to count as 10 Brass with a local merchant. This is a CvC action to use this item against another LC.

Amaranthite

Local Plot Item. This iridescent purplish-black stone has been found recently in Bravado. It has no known use at this time. These items will be printed on a unique illustrated item card and will have limited availability.

  • Local Plot Item. This item can be obtained through various Zones of Mechanics and will be used throughout Season 5.

Local Plot Item. This reddish-black crystal was recently discovered in the Lost City of Barogue and imported recently to Bravado. It is thought that these items are pieces of the Scion Vossa, an ancient oldcestor psitech device. These items will be printed on a unique illustrated item card and will have limited availability.

  • Local Plot Item. This item can be obtained through various Zones of Mechanics and will be used throughout Season 5.

Oxblood

Local Plot Item. This thick, black, viscous fluid is used in many of the engineering projects in the Lone Star either as a fuel or lubricant and sometimes as a cheap liquor. Sometimes called “Texas Tea”, the fuel may be exported outside of the San Saba as the RRC continues it’s outward expansion.

  • [Local Plot Card] Single Use. Ingested-Brew. Common crafting component, used in crafting projects in the San Saba. Counts as Master Hooch or Combustible Material for all purposes and for use in other blueprints, skills, and items. Can be consumed as a Basic Brew by the Nomad strain for +5 body causing intoxication for 30 minutes.

Leviathan Salts

Local Plot Item. Leviathan Salts are extracted from the bodies of grotesque megafauna. Extremely toxic and volatile, they are frequently used as commercial explosives. However, for the particularly self-destructive, these salts can be melted down, combined with Crystal Candy, and injected to create a psychoactive steroid that deadens the nerves for a period of time.

  • [Local Plot Card] Single Use. Contraband. -1 resolve and 1 minute to consume. Causes strong hallucinations and angry high energy behavior. Upsurge: “Damage Reduction (Major), Strong Limbs: Immune to Mangle. At end of duration take unavoidable Stun, +1 Fracture, all Limbs Mangled.”

Unrefined Leviathan Salts

Local Plot Item. A variation on Leviathan Salts, usually sourced from less reputable sources.

  • [Local Plot Card] Single Use. Contraband. - Highly explosive. If Pyro skill used within 5', call "AoE 10ft, 50 body, Knockback 20". Can be refined with Proficient Culinary. Once refined, roll a d6 at the Post Office. 1-2 and the Leviathan Salts explode causing “AoE 10ft, 50 body, Knockback 20”. 3-5 produce 1 Leviathan Salt. 6 produce 2 Leviathan salts."

Grave Dust

Local Plot Item. Grave dust is produced by the sacrilegious consumption of the Mortis Amaranthine itself harvested from fungal growths inside a Morgue. Preserved in Infectious Materials and cut with Crystal Candy, this granular substance is absorbed through the mucous membranes causing a surge in anomalous ability.

  • [Local Plot Card] Single Use. Contraband. -1 resolve and 1 minute to consume. Causes hallucinations of Gravemind whispers and an altered state of consciousness. Upsurge: “Anomaly skills cost -5 mind less to a minimum 1 mind. At end of duration, gain 1 fracture.” Cannot be combined with other equipment effects or modifiers.

Red Gloves of Justice

Local Plot Item. The signature item of the Justices of Sin, those tasked with delivering punishment to those judged guilty in a Gauntlet. Each set of Gloves is tailored to an individual Justice of Sin and cannot be used by another. No breacher can evade the long arms of the law when the Justices employ this mysterious artifact of Killhouse.

  • [Local Plot Card] Gizmo, Requires Phys rep. Requires Prudence Penitentiary Society Membership to use. May call "Psionic: Line of Sight, 50 Body, Murder!” when pursuing a convicted Breacher seeking to evade justice.
